CCG Advisors On NARCISSISM: Dealing With Narcissists in Business & Life

In our new series „CCG Advisors on“ we explore trending topics with our Senior Advisors and enrich current conversations from diverse backgrounds like Psychotherapy, Daoism, Holism, Buddhism, Modern Science and Business.

In this episode we will explore one of the most discussed phenomenas of our current time: Narcissism. Narcissism is a term often used in anecdotes about people who post too many selfies on social media. But a real narcissistic personality disorder is more than just overconfidence. Severe narcissism can be harmful for the people around as it often leads to an emotionally abusive and toxic environment. The harsh truth is that narcissists can be everywhere from close friends, family members and oftentimes co-workers and C-Level executives. Often, especially in the workplace, avoiding a narcissist is not an option, so how can we cope with this toxicity and even find our way to make peace with it?

In our conversation about narcissism you will hear different perspectives and experiences on how narcissism develops, how to detect a narcissist, how to deal with them in your direct environment, if there is hope for healing and if you can even have a good relationship with a narcissist.
