About Christian Mayhofer

Biography

Christian Mayhofer co-founded CCG-Conscious Consulting Group, blending 30 years of experience as a psychotherapist, social worker, and Zen monk with expertise in transformation and leadership.

Formerly a clinic director for addiction, he now focuses on strategy, personal mastery, and sustainable practices in leadership development. He infuses wisdom traditions into his global consultancy and advisory role to aid leaders and organizations through crises and transitions.

Christian resides in Spain, cultivating an ancient, remote olive yard in the Sierra Nevada and spends some time in Vienna, Austria, staying connected with his roots.

“Everybody has a song which is no song at all: it is a process of singing, and when you sing, you are where you are. All I know is that when I am not working I sometimes think I know something, but when I am working, it is quite clear to me that I know nothing.  (John Cage)
