We open up a transformational space for professionals in Consulting and Leadership who are looking for a community where they can openly talk about their own personal and professional journey into the field of Conscious Consulting.

Christian Mayhofer and Julia Culen act as facilitators, hosts and share their experience, input and offer guidance.

The sessions are highly interactive in a mix of practices, inputs, small group discussions and Q&As.

Structure of the masterclass - 5 Sessions + 1

This program is interactive and includes different activities such as listening, coaching, and practicing. You will also have some materials to read, watch and listen to, as well as tasks to practice on your own. You should expect to spend around 2 hours per week on these self-study tasks and activities.

Julia Culen & Christian Mayhofer together have more than 50 years of experience in large scale transformation & leadership development. With Conscious Consulting, rooted in ancient wisdom traditions as well as contemporary science and technology they offer a unique approach on how to transform in terms of leadership and personal mastery.

They co-founded CCG in 2020.

Cancellation policy

Once the spot is booked it cannot be canceled, but be transferred to another person in agreement with us. If something absolutely unforeseen happens in your life, we can talk. If you have a timing conflict, you can use the fee for a spot in another Masterclass.

If you have successfully participated in the programs – means that you showed up in the meetings and showed up as a person – there is a chance to join the CCG Consulting team.
